How does the coach training component of the Healthcare Change Leader & Coach Certification Program get taught?

The coaching component is a major part of our curriculum. We teach participants the key coaching conversations to have to coach others through change, think comprehensively about the issues involved in making change happen, work through frustrations and set backs, resolve conflicts, influence others, and keep moving forward with a positive attitude. Because of our partnership with the Center for Executive Coaching, one of the leading executive coach training companies in the world, we have access to best-practice content to train participants in how to be effective coaches. This includes access to proprietary toolkits, processes, and methodologies related to change leadership, engaging employees, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management. We also model and role play specific coaching scenarios during the program to make sure that participants learn the best practices and core competencies of coaching.
